Mary Greenlee

Mary Greenlee has served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations & Field Training for The Wendy’s Company since September 2024.

She is accountable for overseeing the performance of Company and franchise restaurant operations and leading U.S. Field Training initiatives. In this role, Mary ensures that operators and teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to deliver operational excellence.

Mary brings more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and beverage industries, having held significant roles with both Subway Restaurants and The Coca-Cola Company. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of U.S. Field Operations at Subway. She is also a former Subway franchisee operating partner. 

At The Coca-Cola Company, Mary held several pivotal roles, including Director of Business Development and General Manager of Coca-Cola Freestyle Strategy for Wendy’s from 2017 to 2019.

Her favorite Wendy’s menu item is a Dave’s Single®, which she enjoys with her family on Saturdays after hockey games. 

Mary is passionate about fighting food insecurity and volunteers with food pantries across Georgia to give back to local communities within the state. 

Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana.
